Back to school dinner

I love this tradition. This year the theme was all about the rulers. Beegh made us a growth chart so I figured a ruler theme was perfect. It was nice because Cole is riding the bus and going to a more structured school so talking about the rules with him was probably needed. Ah I hope we made the right decision to put Cole in all day Kindergarten! So far he is loving it, but we will see how long that lasts. Once again I am excited to see how my kids will learn and grow this year!

After dinner we measured the kids and Beegh gave them a back to school blessing. That is always my favorite part. Another thing we talked about was how rulers measure and how we could measure to see how much they would grow this year, but they will change and grow in ways that can't be measured etc.

 You know Bronson was right there waiting in line to get measured!
