Have you ever found out about a deal/sale when it was too late! I just hate when this happens! Today I missed out on the ultimate deal and its killing me. So Target had the Canon rebel XTI on sale for 249.00!! Some of you might be saying 249.00 what's so great about that. Well... it is normally 699.00!!!!!! Yeah right , how the heck was Target able to mark down the price sooooo much! When I found out about this deal I had to re-read it like 5 times. The deal posted at 5:10pm , but I didn't find out about it until 10:45pm, so Target was already closed. All I could think about last night was how I hoped they still had the camera in stock and if they did , how many, how many would I buy and then put on e-bay to make a beautiful profit!!
So the thing that is really killing me is that I was at Target yesterday!! I even thought about going over to see if they had any cute camera bags, but decided against it. Needless to say when I arrived at Target this morning they did not have any XTI's in stock. How great would that have been to be THE ONE who stumbled upon this deal. Anyway I have decided that my new job is to find out about deals asap and then re-sell everything on E-bay/ craigslist (okay maybe if we weren't a poor student and a stay at home mom we could take the risks, but this deal was risk free, whoever bought those cameras is for sure going to make a profit).
Then to top it off Beegh and I got our rebate checks from apple and they are NO where to be found!!!! Seriously I searched EVERYWHERE ( our apt. is not that big) No clue what happened to them and I am normally so good about keeping things organized, I file everything! Luckily apple rocks- they are reissuing them like its no big deal. I was so relieved!! I hate the feeling of losing something important like that!

I have that problem so bad!!! I was renewing my insurance a few months ago, & i'm so good about taking notes: Who, what, when.... Because i have had problems in the past with people. Anyways, I hadn't recieved a confirmation that the insurance had renewed so i gave them a call & they said my file was empty and there were no signs of a renewal. I frantically looked for my notes & couldn't find it anywhereSo my proof was down the drain- Stupid people, now i have to start all over again. I guess that was a long story- but it was the most recent one i had of loosing things.
Unless you count my daily routine of loosing my keys and phone about a dozen times a day.
That's awesome about the whole e bay thing you're doing- I personally don't know how the darn thing works:)
I hate it when that happens!! mine usually happen around christmas deals. Like- the deals they have the day after thanksgiving but if you aren't the first people in line (the one's who wait for like 12 hours) then you don't get it!! good luck next time!
You make me laugh! :) I have done that before though...missed a deal and totally kicked myself. But I have also resold stuff, and dang you can make good money!
