Latest projects

I am happy to say that I made my very first quilt! I have wanted to try making a quilt for a little bit and am proud that I actually finished it! I bought this fabric way back in June, but I had to wait until we went to AZ to make something b/c I didn't have a sewing machine { I got one for Christmas yay! } Anyway I saw this quilt on my friend Lara's blog and knew I had to make it! I love how it turned out and am so glad I learned a new skill!

My other little project has been making beanies. It doesn't take too long so it's nice to get done with a project within a few hours. Plus living in the snow makes crocheting hats worth while. They also look so dang cute on my kids!

Oh how wonderful. Great job! I would say make a hat for my Claire Bear but, now that it is back to 80 degrees outside we may not need one until next year! ha! =) Glad to see you are doing well.

Miss you.
