Could it finally be....

Spring????
So I finally understand what the term "Spring cleaning" means. Growing up I always thought it just meant that you deep cleaned something. That is true, but this yr. Spring cleaning has taken on a whole new meaning. I thought I was just experiencing some crazy side effects from being pregnant, but I have figured out that my desire to clean doesn't just come from being pregnant. It seriously is because the weather! We have had the most beautiful last couple of days! I have been able to wear open toed shoes again! It feels great! Anyway, I didn't even realize it, but all winter long things just got neglected. The inside of our car has been a mess! What's the point of cleaning it when you know you're just going to get snow/salt/mud in it. Our apartment windows have been so dirty! Our little porch area was cluttered with leaves and dirt, kind of hard to clean when its usually covered in snow. My closet has been stuffed full b/c of all the jackets and long sleeve shirts.
Everyone that is from here keeps saying that it will probably snow one last time. So I am keeping the jackets out, but I can't wait to put them all away and let my closet breath!! I really hope it doesn't snow again b/c I am loving this clean feeling / beautiful weather! We had our windows and sliding door open yesterday and it was great! We've also been driving with the car windows down, so wonderful. All of the sudden there are people everywhere - walking, jogging, playing at the park, everything is coming to life again! What amazes me the most is how I feel like nice weather puts me in a better mood! Not that the bad weather puts me in a bad mood, its just the nice weather puts me into a better mood. Well I hope this post isn't premature or curses us with crappy weather!
